Our Consultation Process

Patient Information Form

We start by gathering the necessary information about your condition from a “Patient Information Form” that you filled out. This information helps us to know your current health condition. If we have the accurate information about your medical state, then we can offer a personal assessment. Filling out the form is the first step towards optimal care.

Previous Medical Report

We asked you for your previous medical report, prescriptions, or test results. Your previous report makes things easy for us because we can see your history and the possible causes of urine leakage there. Complete medical data ensures our expert to give the appropriate advice to you and avoid unnecessary investigations.

Telephonic Discussion

After our diagnosis process, if you still want to talk with the doctor, then you can book a telephonic discussion appointment. In this discussion, the doctor will personally discuss your concerns and clear all doubts on the phone. This process makes you feel at ease and well-informed about the treatment.

Visit Our Centre

You can also visit our centre to meet the doctor personally. Firstly, you have to take an appointment for the OPD on Friday, and then we will arrange your meeting with the doctor. Our OPD runs every Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Myself Dr. H.B Shandilya, Graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine (Bachelor of Ayurveda with Modern Medicine & Surgery ) from Govt. Ayurvedic College Lucknow under Lucknow University. I have also completed my P.G Diploma in Anorectal diseases from PG Institute of medical Sciences Varanasi(BHU).I have 35 Years of Experience for Treating Anorectal Diseases.
